In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "asd88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the asd88 platform, operated at the domain https://asd88.vip, and any related sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, or affiliated service interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the asd88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with asd88, through which the Player deposits funds, places wagers, and requests withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the asd88 website, including all game verticals (casino, sportsbook, slots, live dealer, crash games), the account management interface, payment pages, and associated documentation.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which asd88 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and payouts are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin equivalent, or reload bonus amount credited to a Player's account by asd88 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable, as specified on the relevant promotion page.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that asd88 requires all account holders to complete before processing any withdrawal request.

By accessing the asd88 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and asd88.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the asd88 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the asd88 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and asd88.

To register and maintain an active Account on the asd88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, national problem gambling registry, or voluntary exclusion programme that restricts your access to online gaming services.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of asd88, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
5. You must be the sole beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your Account — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
6. You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to your place of residence to enter into a binding agreement with asd88.

Registration on the asd88 Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the asd88 Platform. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances, winnings, or pending bonuses within them will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. asd88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. asd88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC): asd88 may at any time — and will do so prior to processing your first withdrawal — require you to submit documentation to verify your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by asd88 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

All financial transactions on the asd88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). asd88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which asd88 bears no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: asd88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Transaction Limits:

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the asd88 Account holder. asd88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience brief delays; asd88 will communicate any scheduled downtime via the Platform.

Source of Funds: By depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that the money is from a legitimate source and is entirely your own. asd88 co-operates fully with any lawful investigation into the origin of funds held in Player Accounts.

asd88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant offer page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering Requirements vary by promotion type. Unless stated otherwise, the standard requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible slots. Games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer page states otherwise.
• asd88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided that Wagering Requirements already in progress at the time of modification are honoured under the original terms.
• Players who participate in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting game loopholes, coordinating with other Players to artificially complete Wagering Requirements, or creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions repeatedly — will have their bonus balances forfeited and their Accounts closed.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after completion of the Wagering Requirement, are withdrawable.
• asd88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and account ownership before releasing any bonus-related withdrawal.

All games available on the asd88 Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PGSoft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Asia Gaming. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Game Integrity: asd88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio environments and are subject to independent audits. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of a game round, asd88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account balance. asd88 shall not be liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a game malfunction beyond the return of the original wager. The decision of asd88's technical team regarding any disputed game outcome is final.

Sportsbook Rules: All sports wagers — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are subject to asd88's sportsbook rules, which cover event cancellation, postponement, void markets, and settlement procedures. When a fixture is postponed by more than 48 hours, wagers placed on that fixture will be voided and the stake returned. In-play wagers accepted after a decisive event (such as a goal or red card) of which asd88 was not immediately aware may be voided at asd88's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asd88 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• Colluding with other Players to fix game outcomes, share hand information in poker-format games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or market on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without the express written consent of asd88.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in relation to transactions made to asd88.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to asd88 support immediately and will be voided.
• Abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple Accounts to accumulate bonuses, or applying strategies specifically designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with the asd88 Platform's source code, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.

All content on the asd88 Platform — including but not limited to the asd88 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of asd88 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment and wagering in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of asd88.

asd88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

asd88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between the Platform and your browser. Personal and financial data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. asd88 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or by the terms of its operational licences.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asd88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses.

asd88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

asd88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

asd88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, banking system outages, or cyber-attacks.

Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting asd88 support via the live chat facility. Prior to closure, all pending Wagering Requirements will be forfeited and any remaining real-money cash balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Closure by asd88: asd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct listed in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• asd88's reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform.

Where asd88 closes an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.

asd88 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, asd88 will publish the updated Terms at https://asd88.vip/terms-conditions and update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are significant, asd88 may also notify active Players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account as described in Clause 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operators. asd88 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is committed to fair, transparent, and player-protective standards consistent with leading global regulatory frameworks.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the asd88 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits asd88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or Platform integrity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
